We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below for details on how to initiate a return.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of goods are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 Business Days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@shoppingate.pk.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail it to:

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 Hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipment.
