1. What if I don’t have a tracking number?

  • If you haven’t received your tracking number, it may mean your order is still being processed. Contact us at sales@shoppingate.pk with your order number for assistance.

2. What carriers do you use for shipping?

  • We work with trusted carriers such TCS courier, M&P Courier, Leopard Courier, Pakistan Post .

3. Can I track international orders?

  • Yes! International orders can be tracked using the same tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

4. My order shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

  • If your order status says “Delivered,” but you haven’t received it, please:
    • Check with your neighbors or building management.
    • Contact the carrier for additional details.
